Pelvic Floor Therapy

Many women suffer from loss of muscle strength in the pelvic floor muscles. The pelvic floor muscles are the muscles located from your pubic bone to your tailbone and they provide support for the bladder and rectum. These muscles weaken over time, especially if you have given birth vaginally, have suffered trauma (such as a bad fall), an infection, and more.
